AIDucation is at the forefront of Dr. Mapara’s teaching strategies, which he has written about and published in several books, namely, AIDUCATION 20-10 Taking Control of AIDS, AIDUCATION 20-10 TAKING CONTROL OF TB & AIDS, and The Health of the Stars (HOTS) Hospital 20-10. He has published all three through Xlibris.
In addition to being an Xlibris-published author, Dr. Mapara has won the prestigious Mwape Peers Physician Award for his volunteer work with HIV patients. The success that Dr. Mapara is experiencing now is a result of his hard work, the help of his colleagues, and his decision to be an Xlibris-published author.
The Xlibris-published author said he was inspired to publish his books when his mentor convinced him to document his experiences. His wife, Agatha, was also very supportive and pushed him to write.
After the success of his books, the Xlibris-published author is planning to do more book launches this year, specifically in Zambia, Botswana, and South Africa.
