Dr. Jack Pruett’s Ancient Theories a Hit with Publishing Companies

Publishing companies love a good historical mystery. The Da Vinci Code, The Illuminatus Trilogy, and Foucault’s Pendulum were all major successes for their book publishers. Zechariah Sitchin wote several similar books, which talked about ancient beings that visited Earth nearly half a million years ago. Dr. Jack Pruett, a physician and researcher, published a book called The Grandest Deception based on Sitchin’s work and readings from the Bible. Dr. Pruett consulted several publishing companies before self publishing with Xlibris.

Controversy is no obstacle to indie publishing companies, which is why Dr. Pruett preferred Xlibris over traditional book publishers. The Grandest Deception was Dr. Pruett’s first lesson on how to publish a book, but he is now successfully promoting it, speaking on radio shows across the country. Dr. Pruett’s book has received a warm response, which hopefully helps open the door to other publishing companies.
